This sampler pack highlights three different flavor profiles from our small batch oils grown in the unique coastal environment of Carlsbad, Ca in Northern San Diego County. Each of these blends are crafted from olives originating from three different regions that share the special climate of Southern California. The Bella Blend is a sweet fruity oil made from Nocellara, Itrana, Gringan, Taggiasca, and Basana olives heralding in Italy. The Fleur blend features the trio of Calletier, Aglandau, and Boutellion varieties from France and has a well-rounded and complex flavor profile. The Sol Blend is crafted from the Empeltre and Picudo olive varieties originally from Spain. This blend features herbal undertones, with a gentle spiciness.
