Thank you for your interest in ordering blooms fresh from The Flower Fields! From our farm to your home, we hope you or your loved one enjoys these bright, bold flowers. We understand that questions may arise during your buying process. We have put together some frequently asked questions and answers. Please see below!

 

ORDER & SHIPPING

What type of shipping methods do you use?

We use FedEx Express (Next day delivery). Please refer to the following shipping schedule for cut off times.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship next day depending on the weekday and the time of the order. Please refer to the following shipping schedule for cut off times.

What days of the week do you ship?

Monday through Friday. After 11 on Friday and weekend orders will be processed the following business day.

Do you ship international?

No, we do not ship internationally.

Can I customize my order?

All available personalization is shown on the product section above. All colors and combination of colors are up to date/is what is currently in stock. If a color you prefer is not available, please check back at a later date. Available options updated daily.

Can I include a personalized note in my order?

Yes, you will see that option in the checkout screen

How do I cancel or edit my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Representative to cancel or edit your order.

Is it possible to change my ship address?

Is it possible to ship to multiple addresses?

Similar to other floral online delivery sites, each order is limited to one address. Should you want to send flowers to multiple addresses, a separate order will need to be made for each.

Do you offer bulk ordering?

We do not currently offer bulk shipping at this time.  Orders are limited to one bouquet per order.

 

 

FLOWER DETAILS

Can I request a different color then what is featured on the website?

All colors and combination of colors are up to date/is what is currently in stock. We cannot allow for special orders outside this at this time.

Will you be selling these bouquets onsite?

We will have 10-stem bunches available onsite at the Armstrong Garden Pop-Up Shop (based on availability). However, the 30-stem bouquet that you have seen on social media and The Flower Fields website, is only available online.

 

 

FLOWER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

What is the best way to extend the life of my flowers?

We strongly encourage cutting the bottom of the stems up to 2" at an angle to allow for your flowers to drink more water! We also recommend using the "Flower Food" provided in your pack.
